Paul Krugman notes in a recent blog entry that something unusual is happening. In the past, the right wing ideologues who are felled by they folly have been able to find refuge in right wing "think tanks" but something new has happened. Alberto Gonzales seems unable to find a job after having to step down as Attorney General for Bush. I, for one, find that to be good news. At least if you can't prosecute them you can persecute them! Or as Marie Antoinette was recorded as saying on discovering that there was no bread to eat: "Let them eat their own words!"
