US Debt

The following gives some perspective on the "onerous" debt under Obama to retrieve the economy from the absolute mess that George Bush left it in with the financial crash. Republicans would have you believe that the debt is unparalleled and a huge burden. Need I point out that the greatest period of growth and prosperity was from 1946-1970 when that huge WWII debt "burdened" the country?
