No matter how you slice it, that is a lot of money. Funny how the government can turn the firehose on to water down the ultra-elite with free cash when there is a problem, but when it comes to "the little guy" the government tells him the cupboard is bare and, anyway, he is far better off pulling himself up by his own bootstraps. Yeah, sure.
