Ritholtz on Bernanke and the Economy

I find Barry Ritholtz to be one of the more straightforward and sensible guys on Wall Street, so I give his views a lot of weight:



I sure wish all those guys in Washington running around with their hair on fires about debt and deficits as being "the problem" would watch this and realize that we are in a "time of troubles" that will last a decade and will require solid leadership to navigate us through the mess. The US in the 1930s had FDR. There is no comparable figure in the US today. Tragic.
