Given the heat wave, the drought, and the modern nanny state over-regulation, fireworks have been banned in America. It is a desperate situation.
So private initiative has stepped in to save the American people who desperately need their pyrotechnic patriotic celebration ritual for the 4th of July to feel they have done their patriotic duty.
