Architecture of the Future?

Who wants a staid old building that just keeps you out of the rain and warm? Not when you can have one that puts on a light show and makes frightening faces at you!

Yep... just as it says, you can use vocal control to run the light show.

Now... how do we implement a system which lets the electorate control the politicians as effectively as these art consumers controlled that light show?
