Aftershock

I've got the following high on my list of things to get and read. It is Robert Reich's Aftershock:



His warning that we will be "wallowing in the aftershock for a very long time" is coming true. I had expected Barack Obama to come into office and face this reality and do something fundamental to fix the problem. But Obama didn't. He surrounded himself by academics and Wall Street types who were responsible for the very thinking that created the crash. So there has been no solution under Obama.

Pay very close attention to what Robert Reich is saying. He has a very important message. He has laid out the future, a very grim future, given the path the US is currently on.
