It is interesting to see all that promise in the Rust Belt and notice how the US Northeast still shows a positive glow of future growth despite all the words about the Sun Belt being the future. Surprisingly most of the activity is east of the Mississippi while the Pacific coast lags. What happened to LA LA land?
