President Barack Obama has promoted the notion of open government before. As soon as he took office, Obama issued a directive that said: “The Freedom of Information Act should be administered with a clear presumption: In the face of doubt, openness prevails.”Go look at the article. They show you examples of how "free" the information is under Obama: the pages are completely blacked out. Everything, even the words "the" and "is" and "a" are deemed sensitive and cannot be allowed to see the light of day under the "transparency in government" that Obama has decided to practice!
Under the Freedom of Information Act, the Business Journal has received several hundred pages of government emails about WaMu, written during its final months, in which almost all of information is blacked out. Some of those "redacted" emails are posted here.
